Take a trip back in time across five stages, starting with some of the first routes in Watopia. From there, it’s all about cruising through fan-favorite routes on our way back to Zwift’s roots, where a special surprise awaits.

Tour of Watopia starts October 15, 2024 at 15:00 UTC and ends November 24, 2024 at 07:59 UTC.
XP stands for Experience Points. Every time you ride or run on Zwift, you will automatically accrue XP—which then pops up next to the Rider Experience Bar. To learn more about where to locate your XP, check out this article for ride and this article for run.
As you gain XP and level up, you will earn level-locked gear in your garage to use to customize your Avatar. To learn more about leveling up, check out this article for ride and this article for run.
You'll get Double XP in all official Tour of Watopia events. Participate in as many events as you'd like, riding with other Zwifters, and you'll receive Double XP in every event!
Want to participate on-demand on your own time? Great news, you'll receive 1.5x XP on all official Tour of Watopia routes. There is no limit to the amount of 1.5x XP that you can earn. Hop on your favorite Tour routes and level up!
You can schedule your rides here and runs here or in the Zwift Companion app.
Having Tour of Watopia on-demand gives you the flexibility to ride on your own time. You can select any stage to compete on-demand by selecting the tile in the Challenges row on the Homescreen. Complete an on-demand ride and take advantage of 1.5 times the XP (cycling only)!
We are bringing you special edition fun unlocks to celebrate Tour of Watopia and our 10-year anniversary! You will unlock the road shoes at 20% completion, the cap at 60%, and the cycling kit at 100%!
For runners, complete stages 1 or 2 to unlock the Tour of Watopia 2024 Running Shoes. Complete stages 3 or 4 to unlock the Tour of Watopia 2024 Cap and by completing stage 5, you’ll unlock the Tour of Watopia 2024 Running Kit.
