EVENT DESCRIPTION
We would like to invite ALL women to join the CIS Ladies for our Sunday Recovery Ride & Social exchange! Our goals during the ride are as follows:

1. Recovery from Training
2. Socialization with other women riders (via Group Texting in Zwift)
3. Support, Development, & Growth toward becoming better cyclists/athletes in a nurturing group setting
4. Teaching skills in the Zwift program course (Riding in Groups, Draft Effect, Racing Technique, Rolling Cadence, etc.)
5. To have FUN!

This is a 'No Drop' ride, with a goal of keeping everyone together, in order to build on group riding skills. This ride is not a "race", although we may practice racing techniques. At all times, we will have 2 to 3 CIS LADIES on each ride to assist the women on the course.

If you yearn for opportunities to meet & socialize with other women cyclists who are passionate about riding, we strongly encourage you to join us!

Ultimately our goal is to enhance your riding experience, while having FUN!
