EVENT DESCRIPTION
The WBR Endurance Training Series are group rides at a steady endurance pace of 2.0-2.5 w/kg. The course may be different each week, however the ride will always be held on a relatively flat route. The ride length is based on time and will vary between 2 and 3 hours. Join for the entire ride length or simply as long as you are able. Everyone is welcome to join and the emphasis is squarely placed on riding together as a team. We have a team of experienced sweepers that are only too willing to lend a helping wheel to anyone that finds themselves off the back of the group. There will also be fun and games along the way to ensure everyone as a great time. We at WBR are renowned for our friendly bunches, so why not come along and enjoy the experience of a great group while building your base fitness.
