EVENT DESCRIPTION
This ride falls in between our Tuesday hill workout (Tron Tuesday) and our spirited Fritter Friday ride. The focus after the warm-up starting at 2.0, is on maintaining a steady average pace of 2.5 w/kg ish. Those who aren't feeling it that morning should still join. Just work hard to stay in the middle of the pack and take advantage of the draft.
