The Sunday ZHCC SUB2 SUNDAY Ride is our friendly ZWIFT GROUP ride aimed at Holmfirth Cycling Club members and regular Zwifters looking for a group ride experience at a steady pace. This is not a fast pace group ride or race, the average pace will be 2w/kg over the duration of the ride. We will at times though be over sub 2.0 – on the climbs for example. Be prepared to get a sweat on though!
The leader will set the pace so try to maintain their speed. If you are too far in front, reduce your speed and if you drop slightly behind increase your power as staying in the group draft is very important. If you go faster than the leader, they are not going to chase you! This is not a race.
