EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Classic Cycling Cruise! This is a weekly group-based ride with a power output range of 2.5 – 3.5 w/kg. The first 10 minutes will begin at 2 watts/kg and will slowly ramp to 3 w/kg. After that the ride leader will average around 2.5 - 3 w/kg depending on the course, grade, and the group’s progress (the ride leader will announce when these zone/power changes occur.) As with any normal group ride, feel free to go into the red on a climb/sprint, take it easy, or group up with riders of similar speed/power output. We will attempt to regroup after the summit of climbs and after sprints.
*Please remember this is not a race – there is no prize money

*Estimated ride time is 1.5 – 2 hours

*Route based on Zwift calendar and will follow one of these three options:
Watopia: Volcano Flat – 6 laps
London: Triple Loops – 1 lap
Richmond: Hilly – 4 laps
New York: Park Perimeter Loop – 5 laps
Innsbruck – Achterbahn – 1 lap
