EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a Zwift Academy endurance booster ride. We'll pedal at a moderate 2w/kg – with 3x 10min blocks at 3.5w/kg with 5 mins rest in between each interval. Riders should aim to stay together as a group throughout. With a 10min warm up and 5min cool down, block out an hour for this ride.
