EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a Zwift Academy Sprint Workout! This is an opportunity to work on speed.We'll ride at about 2.2 w/kg, keeping group together. We'll do one sprint in each and every lap, starting at the 300m sign and ending at sprint banner (note this is 100m longer than when the course timer starts, at 200m). Recover and regroup after each sprint. Listen to your ride leader and have a great workout!
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
