EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us for a SST (Sweet Spot Training) ride. The goal is to maintain a steady pace throughout the ride (roughly 3.0 W/KG ~3.5 W/KG). There will be no warm up. The ride leader sets the pace so don't go faster than the ride leader. This is not a race. All are welcome but there’s no waiting for slow riders.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
