ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Over/Unders w/ 2mins
After a quick warm-up, we will jump right into 3 sets of Over/Unders - lower end of your aerobic effort into your higher end of your aerobic zone. This workout will challenge you and help increase your stamina for those longer aerobic efforts.
Main Set
3 X (10 min @ Z1, 10 min @ Z2, 2min EASY)
