This 2.5 avg group ride which may have intervals within the ride, but you’ll be given lots of notice by the rider leader. After intervals are finished we require everyone to regroup as it’s a non-drop ride and good cycling group practice. Please can the stronger of you help the ride leader to keep riders together in-between intervals if applicable. Please follow the ride leader's instructions.
