This 1.5- 2.0 avg group ride, which may have intervals within the ride, however, you’ll be given lots of notice by the rider leader. After each interval is finished we also require everyone to regroup as it’s a non-drop ride and good cycling group practice. Please, can the stronger riders help the ride leader to keep riders together in-between intervals if possible. Please follow the ride leader's instructions and stay within range for communication.
