EVENT DESCRIPTION
The ZSUN Yin & Yang Ride will alternate weekly from a 2.0w/kg to a 2.5w/kg the following week. The 2.0w/kg ride is not a sub 2 ride but will not exceed 2.2w/kg overall ride average and the 2.5w/kg will not exceed an overall average of 2.7w/kg.
I ask that you please follow the leaders instructions and ride the entire ride as a group. This is NOT a race.
