The ODZ Decaf Coffee Ride is a group ride formatted to allow a steady 2.2w/kg warmup, followed by an all out Espresso Lap. Riders must be BEHIND rider leader at the start of the Espresso lap to be included in final results. Watch in messaging closely for instructions during ride.

This is a Discord-centric ride. Discord is not required, but the experience is enhanced by using it.
