Join pro racer Laurens ten Dam (Team Giant–Alpecin) as he starts his day with a steady tempo ride around one lap of the London 8 course (12.6 mi/20.4 km). All are welcome!

- This is not a race. Laurens’ “tempo ride" might be super fast to some so no waiting for dropped riders.
- Laurens is the ride leader so let him set the pace. You can’t miss him - he will have a yellow beacon above.
