Corremos por CATEGORÍAS:
A > 4.0wkg y 250w FTP (95% de 20 minutos)
B > 3.2wkg y 200w FTP (95% de 20 minutos)
C > 2.5wkg y 150w FTP (95% de 20 minutos)
D = 2.5wkg y menos. (95% de 20 minutos)
Salida unificada saliendo todos a la vez desde la línea de salida.

Obligaciones:
- Registro del pulso cardíaco y que sea visible en ZwiftPower.
- Apuntarse a la categoría que figure en Zwift Power (si no figura la categoria se tomará la formula del FTP/kg) o superior.
- Uso del maillot B&B para los miembros del equipo ZESP en Zwiftpower.
- Que tu fuente de potencia no figure como “ZP” en Zwiftpower al finalizar la etapa.

D = 2.5 Wkg and less. (95% of 20 minutes)
All participants start at the same time from the starting line.

Requirements:
- Heart rate shall be recorded and be visible at ZwiftPower
- The participant shall be enrolled on the category set up at ZwiftPower (if your category is not specified, it shall be calculated based on the FTP/kg ratio) or higher
- ZESP team members at ZwiftPower shall use B&B cycling jersey
- Your power source shall not be indicated as ‘ZP’ at ZwiftPower upon completion of the stage.
