EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join pro triathletes Heather and Trevor Wurtele as they lead riders from around the world on a 50 minute easy-moderate pace group ride to help raise $200,000 in the 2nd Annual Ride On Zwiftathon for World Bicycle Relief. Every mile counts toward our community goal to ride 250,000 miles in 24 hours.

ABOUT HEATHER & TREVOR WURTELE

Heather has won 6 Ironman titles (Coeur d'Alene 2008, 2013, and 2014, St. George 2010 and 2011, Lake Placid 2011) while setting new course records at Ironman St. George, Coeur D'Alene, and Ironman Lake Placid. She has also won 18 half iron distance races, 5 of those in 2016 alone, with course records at the ST. George, Monterrey and Oceanside 70.3s. To top of a great 2015 she took 2nd place at the 70.3 World Championships. Trevor has also come a long way, taking his first win at Ironman 70.3 New Orleans in 2012. His first full distance Ironman win came at Ironman Canada in 2013. He's since been a consistent podium finisher, with three 2nd place finishes so far in 2016, and a third place finish at Ironman Canada this year.

IMPORTANT RIDE RULES

- This is not a race. Please respect the pace.
- Heather is the ride leader and she will have a yellow beacon above her signifying she is the leader. Heather will be riding at the correct pace.
- If other riders want to ride faster, let them go off the front. Heather will not be chasing them.
- No waiting for dropped riders. If the pace is too fast for you try to find other Zwifters to ride with.
- This ride is rated "E" for Everyone.
