INC Innovation Cycling – 5 Lap Endurance with the Grass Hopper

Description: 5 Laps of Greater London Flat with 5 x 12 minute hard efforts at
between 4.4 – 4.8 at the front (draft will be 3.6).

This is a great flat circuit for longer efforts.

Full ride instructions will be given by the Grass Hopper during the
session.

Purpose: The purpose of this ride is to push endurance

Benefit: Increased Endurance.
