Salt Lake Tri Club/Team ODZ Hill Climb
About the Hilly Race
This is your chance to show us how good of a climber you are!! When the gate drops, it is on like Donkey Kong!!!
Riders should tag themselves and save their ride with 'SLTC/ODZ' and (Category). Example: J. Bravo SLTC/ODZ(B).
ZP Results will be finalized after the race.
(If participating in SLTC Kickr lab use this workout as a substitute to the core workouts or add it to give yourself a challenge.)
Below are the rider classifications:
A: 4.0 W/kg FTP or higher
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
D: Under 2.49 W/kg FTP
