EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Team Challenge IronTeam trains and fundraises for a variety of half marathon, triathlon, half iron and full iron distance events. This year’s team has a goal to raise $650,000 to help fight against Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, two painful, devastating and debilitating inflammatory bowel diseases.
This ride is designed to fall between a recovery ride and medium paced effort to help bond our 150+ teammates that are training across the US for the event of their choice. All are welcome to join! We love to connect and ride with others who our riding to make every mile more meaningful.
Ride duration will be one hour and the pace will average around 15-18mph. Riders who want to exceed the prescribed pace may do so at anytime. The ride leader will aim to ride the allotted pace for the majority of the session.
