RoFA Endurance Spring Training Series

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Stay motivated & build fitness for the cycling season with a
12 week Spring training series. Custom workouts were designed by RoFA
coaches to build functional threshold power (FTP), VO2max & anaerobic
capacity. We have partnered with Parlee Cycles and will be riding the
Parlee ESX during our workouts. Check out their amazing bikes!


Ride Leaders/Coaches:

Robin Farina, Head Coach & Owner RoFA Endurance

Robin began her cycling career over 17 years ago after graduating from the
University of Tennessee with a degree in Sports Management. She has raced
on several professional teams throughout her career and is the former 2011
USA National Road Race Champion and a 2012 Olympic long team member. In
2015 she retired from professional road racing. At that time she started
racing in the gravel world and took on a management role directing The
Happy Tooth Pro Cycling Team. Presently, she has transformed her career
into full-time endurance coaching with an emphasis on providing the best
one-on-one coaching. Robin currently resides in Nevada City, CA.

Jen Murphy, Endurance Performance Coach, RoFA Endurance

Jen is a New England native and Cyclocross racer, coaching for RoFA
Endurance. She is no stranger to riding in bad weather, whether that be in
a cross race, Spring Classic gravel events, or racing her fat bike up the
Mt. Washington Auto Road. She has used Zwift as a valuable training tool
to build fitness for events. Jen is on the steering committee for She
Rides Seacoast - a NH nonprofit which encourages and empowers women to ride
bicycles. She is passionate about helping others achieve & exceed their
goals. Jen currently resides in Nottingham, NH.
