On December 23rd a well known accomplished Atlantic Canadian cyclist was struck by a car while home for the Christmas holidays on a training ride. Ellen was riding on the shoulder of the road when she was struck and later died as the result of her injuries. Her wishes were for the 1 meter rule to become a Law in New Brunswick to make the roads safer for all of us cyclist. This ride is to remember Ellen for the amazing accomplished person she was and to help promote the Law that we are asking to have passed through legislation in New Brunswick. #EllensLaw #1metermatters
