EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Fast & the Fearless Women’s Fast Social Ride!
This is a female lead social ride. Our goal is to warm up and maintain 3.0 w/kg for about 40 mins. We start at 2.0 for 10 mins, then 2.5 for 5 mins, finally getting to 3.0 and holding it! The last 5 mins of the ride we will then decrease back to 1.5 for a cool down.
