Welcome to the Eastern Canadian Quest group ride. Our speed of 28 – 32 km/h (17 – 20 mph) is a great way to get into the groove of cycling indoors. Join Noah Cornish our ride leader (a Triathlete and Duathlete who has qualified for the ITU Duathlon 2018 World Championships in Odense Denmark) as you ride either to improve your cycling or for enjoyment. Please add ECQ to the end of your name. All we ask is to follow proper riding etiquette and the ride leader. This group ride has no sweeper so keep tight with the leader for the best experience.
