EVENT DESCRIPTION
A group ride with the pace slowly increasing. The first 15 minutes will be at 2 watts/kg, the next at 2.5m, then 3, only to end the ride with a 15 minute all-out finish. The ride leader will announce the pace that is to be held at what moment. It’s possible that some interval sections will be held, just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
