EVENT DESCRIPTION
These rides consist of intervals ranging from 3 seconds to 20 minutes in the 3.5 to 4.2 w/kg range. The ride leader will announce the workout before the ride. You can also view the workout ahead of time at zwift.danaweb.net

Warm Up
10' @ 2.5 w/kg
Main Set
6 x 1' @ 4.2 w/kg hard intervals (2' RI at 2.0 w/kg or less at the start of the RI, let everyone regroup)
Cool Down
Balance of time at 2.5 - 3.0 w/kg
