Throwdown with SOULO.TV!

Join us for this 2 lap LONDON LOOP Tempo and Throwdown Race!

LAP 1 is a controlled 2.8 to 3 w/kg TEMPO EFFORT trying to keep the group swelled around the group leader (Graeme Street).

LAP 2 is the THROWDOWN RACE with the goal of completing your fastest LONDON LOOP LAP at your hardest effort or race pace (if desired) and sprint to the line! Ride SOULO or with a group, it's up to you.

Please Place SOULO next to your name and either A or C for your category. i.e. Name-SOULO(C) We all start at the same time. Choose your category before the race...

GROUP A: 3.2 to 4 w/kg or higher.
GROUP C: Less than 3.2 w/kg

Graeme Street is your group leader and will try to control the group from the start gate at NO MORE than 3 w/kg for the entire first lap.

Stay near Graeme at the end of the first lap because once he crosses the finish banner on LAP 1, it's THROWDOWN TIME for the second lap and the RACE to the finish back in London.

If you are in front of Graeme before the second lap, you won't be considered in the race.

We go up Fox Hill twice, so control your efforts and ride smart. expect this ride to be between 45 min and 55 min total.

It is suggested that your FTP be at least 3 w/kg to ride with the group for at least the first lap. Second lap, you can go as hard as you like.
