EVENT DESCRIPTION
The ZHCC Sunday SUB 2 Ride is our friendly GROUP ride aimed at Zwifters looking for a group ride experience at a steady pace. This is not a fast pace group ride or race, the average pace will be 2w/kg over the duration of the ride. We will at times though be over sub 2.0 – on the climbs for example.
The leader will set the pace so try to maintain their speed. If you are too far in front, reduce your speed and if you drop slightly behind increase your power as staying in the group draft is very important. If you go faster than the leader, they are not going to chase you! This is not a race.
