Welcome to Overseal Cycling Club Baby Steps. This will be a very steady, consistent paced ride at approx 1.0-1.3w/kg on a flat course. A great chance to join in a fun ride with a friendly group. This ride is aimed at younger/older riders, newcomers, those recovering from injury etc. Please respect the pace of the ride and ride leaders instructions, and add the OCC tag to your name for easy identification during the ride.
