Supported Devices to Run Zwift
Check out our article for info on device requirements to run the Zwift Companion app.
Computer Requirements
As we continue to develop more immersive and feature-rich elements within Zwift, we strongly recommend a device that falls into our Optimal options below—however, a Minimum set-up can also get you Zwifting. Also, remember that Zwift will run on a variety of Smartphones, Streaming Devices, and Tablets—so there's lots of options to build a set-up that matches your budget and needs.
When using Zwift on a computer, all of the elements below matter—but the device’s Graphics Processor Unit (GPU) can have a huge impact on how well Zwift’s graphics render. Since Zwift’s detailed graphics are a huge part of the experience, you can imagine how this can impact performance. If possible, use your personal computer for Zwift to avoid running into issues with limited permissions and inability to write to folders that compromise performance.
