ZZRC Progression Riders
Warm welcome to ZZRC Progression Riders
The fastest open group ride we offer.
Lead pace is 2.7-3.2
The ride will include pace changes and optional intervals as called by Lead.
All to get in a good training session.
We aim to stay together as a group between the intervals.
It’s not a non drop ride and without appointed sweepers call out early if you unintentionally get dropped and Lead will check the possibilities of a quick rescue.
If you are C rider striving to get faster this is a great ride to push your limits and get stronger.
If you are B+ you will have plenty options to push yourself on the intervals.
We also offer invitations to the ZZRC Elite Meetup for those riders wanting to dig even deeper.
It’s an organized training ride with a 3.2-4.0+ pace in continuation of this ride.
Or head over to Bring a Bidon. A longer ride at 2.5-2.7 pace.
The aim here is to have an open and encouraging atmosphere.
A place to push your limits in a structured, social setting and seeing how consistency and dedication brings that progression in strength and fitness.
