EVENT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this ride is to escalate intensity similar to a local weekday race ride. 3 laps on watopia hilly (reverse). Ride then race format
- lap 1 is 2 to 2.5 wkg
- lap 2 is 2.5 to 3wkg
- lap three is a race lap
Ride leader will continuously call out intensity and remind the group of the pace. Please feel free to pull at the front of the group but stay within the prescribed intensity (w/kg).
