Welcome to the CTS Spring Training Camp
Jump-start your spring fitness with the Carmichael Training Systems (CTS) 4-Week Spring Training Series. It’s a great way to improve power and speed.
This series includes three different workouts each week that focus on PowerIntervals, SpeedIntervals, and SteadyState Intervals. These workouts target your power output and VO2 max, and are proven to help athletes like you increase top-end speed and accelerating. So whether you’re preparing to race, ride a Gran Fondo, or throw down at your local group ride this training series will kickstart your fitness.
Complete 6 out of 12 workouts to be eligible to win a trip to a CTS Cycling 101 Camp.
Workouts are designed by Dylan Johnson, a CTS Expert Coach who has a B.S. in Exercise Science and coaches cyclists of all ability levels. Dylan has trained and raced for more than 10 years and was the youngest rider to win the National Ultra Endurance Series at 21 years old.

- 1 resident of the U.S. who completes 6 of the 12 CTS Group Workouts will win a trip to a CTS Cycling 101 camp worth $799!
- Winner can choose any Cycling 101 camp within 1 year of winning.
- Winner will need to provide transport to and from the camp.

At the CTS Cycling 101 Camps, you’ll receive direct instruction aimed at improving your bike skills, group riding, overall fitness, training, descending, nutrition planning, and much more.
