We have teamed up with the CANYON RAD PACK Cycling team to bring you 12 weeks of wild workout wednesdays where the RAD RACE team will be on hand to pull you through some seriously savage V02-Max intervals and other training techniques.
In true RAD RACE fashion this series is about riding together with friends and soon-to-be-friends of all fitness levels.
The workout series is designed to keep you in peak fitness over the winter season and to give you an edge going into the spring. It runs from December 5th, and every following Wednesday at 6.30pm CET for 12 weeks.
Don’t worry about being left behind, the whole premise of these workouts is about bringing people together, so the group workouts function in Zwift will keep everyone together heading toward their shared goal in a tight-knit pack. A Rad Pack.
