EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Matt and Dani Rowe in this Prudential RideLondon Final Prep Group Workout.
This session contains the typical type of efforts prescribed in the final phase of the PRL Training Plan. 3 x 5 minute efforts, well above threshold help to build some fatigue and replicate the demands of climbs in the Surrey Hills. Following our 5 minute efforts, we complete 3 x 30 second efforts, Zone 6. So high power, with moderate recovery (2 mins between each effort).
Matt and Dani will be dropping lots of useful hints and tips as well as what’s happening on the event weekend.
