Join us for a spirited evening ride where the leader will guide the group to various segment PBs. Please note that this ride will involve variations in pace as the group builds up speed through different segments and then goes through periods of resting for the regroup. If you are looking for a challenge or just a very good interval and tempo session then this is the ride for you! Remember to follow the leaders instructions and RIDE ON!!!
