Welcome to the Paceheads After Work Group Ride

Outdoor season is over - we start with basic training and increase the power until the end of 2022 and the upcoming outdoor season 2023 to build up a better fitness.

From time to time we will add smaller interval blocks and do some sprints for more variety - come on board.

Please follow the pace instructions to keep the group close together! Fence is activated as an orientation!
