ABOUT STRUCTURED RIDES

Get together in the pen and warm up. Like a social ride we stay as a group but you might be working a little harder on this so Banter might be at minimum albeit still encouraged. Leaders will instruct as the ride goes on but be prepared to work. The group should try and stay with the leaders and climb as a group. We do regroup at the top of climbs. Listen to the ride leaders calls.

HELPFUL HINT

We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
