EVENT DESCRIPTION
Today's workout of the week features one of the most popular workouts! This is a 20 minute high intensity workout to torch your daily calories. This session is 3 rounds of 60, 45, 30 and 15 second efforts. Each round gets more intense so bring your best effort in the final round.
