EVENT DESCRIPTION
New to running, coming back after some time off, or simply want a nice warm up or cool down session? Join us as we move the legs in this slow-paced, social event. The goal of the event is to encourage folks to move, but we have also added some hills for the 8k distance. Not feeling the hills? Join the 5k category and simply tick off the kilometers (or miles). If you do decide to add in some hill work, you will be prompted along the way to change your incline, so all you have to do is focus on running.
The leader will average 8kph (7:30min/km) // 5mph (12min/mile) for the duration. While we encourage runners to stick with the leader, feel free to go at your own pace.

Put your black and orange tops and socks on and let's get moving!
