EVENT DESCRIPTION
We continue with increasing the difficulty and load with a special focus on lactate. The aim of the workout is again to learn how to work with lactate and increase the body’s ability to clear or reconvert lactate. After raising lactate levels with the opening efforts, a set of interval training will support shuttling it in our bodies.

ZWIFT WORKOUTS

We have two rides scheduled each week on Wednesdays: 6:05 am EST (with ride leader) and 6:45 pm EST (without ride leader).
