Welcome to our Progressive Pace edition of Bacon Rolls.
This is one super fun, pace-changing format over 60 mins.
Pace 1 = 30 mins: Yellow Beacon avg 2.5W/kg
Pace 2 = 15 mins: Yellow Beacon avg 3.0W/kg
Pace 3: You choose; Yellow or Red for the final 15 mins
Red cruising back to 2.5W/kg with Yellow pushing 3.3-3.5W/kg
Positioning close to our Beacons will deliver the best experience and draft.
