A committee comprised of coaches, team management, and cycling experts will select 10 semi-finalists from the Participants who have completed the Qualifying phase of the Program that runs from August 6 - September 30, 2018. Participants will be judged based on their performance of prescriptive content including the required number of Zwift structured workouts, races and group rides. Data from outdoor rides on Strava will also be considered and correlated with the results demonstrated on Zwift.
3 finalists will be selected from the 10 semi-finalists during the Semi-Finals phase of the Program that runs from October 15-28, 2018. Workouts will be more challenging and so will the scrutiny. Riders will complete a second round of structured Zwift workouts as well as 2 races. Riders will be interviewed and required to use the equipment they are rewarded for the semi-finals.
