By participating in the Strive For Five Mission (the “Mission”), you (the “Participant”) agree to our (collectively “Zwift”, the “Sponsor” and “Judge”) following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).
Official Rules
Entry is open to all participants with sufficient time remaining on their free trial or membership to complete the mission. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. A Zwift membership will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility
The Mission is open to all persons 18 years and older. Employees of Zwift and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers (collectively the “Mission Entities“), and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate or win a prize. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Entry
Eligible Participants simply need to complete the Mission before 23:59 (UTC) on August 31st, 2017 to be automatically entered in the drawing. To enter, connect your TrainingPeaks account to Zwift from your dashboard on zwift.com or Zwift Mobile Link by navigating to Settings > Connections. If you don’t have TrainingPeaks account, you will be prompted to create a free one. Complete any five (5) workouts and automatically upload them to TrainingPeaks to enter. Doing extra workouts will not increase your odds.
Successful completion of the Mission and entry will be acknowledged by email sent to your registered Zwift email.
Prizes
Ten (10) lucky winners will receive a free one year TrainingPeaks Premium Subscription.
Judging and Winner Notification
Eligible prize winner will be chosen by random drawing and announced by September 10th. Winner will be contacted via registered Zwift email and also posted on the Strive For Five Mission page (https://community.zwift.com/mission/sff2017).
Winner will be responsible for any expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize except as expressly stated in these Official Rules. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Data Protection
Any information (including data and images) related to the Participant that is collected or processed (which includes collection, storing, holding and carrying out operations) by Zwift at the beginning and during the course of the Mission will be held and used by Zwift and their suppliers and contractors to administer the Mission in accordance with these T&C and Zwift’s Privacy Policy (http://zwift.com/privacy/).
Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used by Zwift for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services. Participants’ personal data may be used to send Participants news and publicity material in relation to the Mission.
By enrolling in the Mission, all Participants will have consented to the transfer of their personal data to the Mission, to Zwift and to each of their suppliers, contractors and agents for the purposes of the administration of this Program and pursuant to these T&C.
Rights to Use Name and Likeness
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, gratis license to use winner’s name, address, entry submission for purposes of advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law.
Release and Waiver
Participation in the Mission is at your own risk. You should not attempt any exercise that is beyond your skill/health level. By virtue of your participation in the Mission, Participant waives, releases and discharges Zwift, and its respective officers, members, partners, shareholders, agents and employees from and against any and all claims for damages or other liability for death, personal injury, illness or property damage which may have, or which may hereafter occur to Participant, as a result of participation in the Mission. This waiver and release will be binding on Participant’s spouse, heirs, personal representatives, children and other assigns.
Additional Governing Terms
These T&Cs shall otherwise be subject to and supplemented by the general Zwift Terms of Service (http://zwift.com/terms/), which are incorporated herein by this reference.
