DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
EVENING RIDE - 6pm
This 4 Lap SMASH-FEST on the London Classique Course passes under Admiralty Arch before an explosive Sprint each Lap. A Cat ‘n’ Mouse style Race Finish begins from a Mystery Point determined by the Ride Leader on the final lap, the anticipation is sensational.
Lap 1 – 200m Sprint
Lap 2 – 200m Sprint
Lap 3 - 200m Sprint
Lap 4 – Race Start / Finish
The Ride Leader will give instructions when to Sprint and when to slow, on the final Lap, the Race will begin when you see the words ‘RACE STARTS NOW – GO, GO, GOOO’ on the screen, if you jump the start you will be disqualified from the Race results in Zwiftpower.
Please stick with the Yellow Beacon as this will allow everyone to achieve faster Sprint times and PR’s. After only a few weeks Sprinting with SAS you will notice improvements in both your fitness and your Sprinting ability plus its great fun!

We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
