DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Revolution Coach Robin Farina is totally excited about leading this particular group workout that will be focused on building fitness throughout the fall and winter months. We will start as a group and remain as a group through the entire workout while doing various intervals that focus on high intensity AC, Vo2 max intervals, along with FTP and some Tempo to build complete fitness. Each week will be working through best practices on executing intervals based on cadence and power.
Your coach: Robin Farina has a vast cycling experience through her years as a professional road racer and endurance coach. In 2011, she was the National Road Race Champion. Since retiring from racing her number one focus has been growing and providing coaching for their athletes. During her stint as a bike shop owner in Charlotte, NC she led numerous computrainer sessions and learned the value of indoor training. Her enthusiasm to help athlete reach their full potential will show up in every Zwift group workout. Come join us for some good old fashion hard work and fun!
