DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Lionrockcycling is pleased to promote the AiP nutrition Development Race. AiP is a new sport nutrition brand for endurance athletes. AiP sanding for Advances in Performance
With various products currently under development, this race is used to help with real world testing in a race environment.
AiP nutrition is developing sports supplements to aid the performance and recovery of endurance athletes.
Products in their beta stage at the moment include a pre-workout, and protein for recovery as well as multivitamins.

Rider cats as follows –
A, 4.0+ W/KG
B, 3.20 – 4.0 W/KG
C, 2.50 – 3.20 W/KG
D, Below 2.5 W/KG
Riders to amend name to show AIPDR in order to raise the profile of this event and group, e.g. YOUR NAME AIPDR (B). We are also looking for riders to join the LRC racing teams, male and female. Head over to the Facebook group page for further information.
Heart rate monitors MUST be worn by all Cat A riders. If not you will be DQ’d.
ZP riders will not qualify for wins or podiums sorry.
Any Bike.
Any Kit.
Riders must sync their Strava accounts with Zwiftpower to be included in the results. Failure may result in missing out.
