Join us as we ride at a pace of 2.2-2.3w/kg each lap
as we build up and sprint each lap. This is a great opportunity to work on
and improve your lead out and sprinting ability. Get a new PR and compete
against to the other riders in the group to get the best sprint time each
lap. The goal is to stick together for the entire ride to maximize drafting
and improve fitness. We also offer a 30 minute after party once the
sprinting is over to keep your legs spinning and get in some extra
distance.
