DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
A slightly longer base training session where the pace on the flats is moderate (B level, ~2.5 - 3.5 w/kg depending on your weight). The hills may be slightly harder (4.2 max), but this is not a competitive event. Regroup as directed by the ride leader. We focus on keeping it steady and enjoying ourselves while getting in some longer base miles. Presented by Team THS, a race team in Central NY, USA.
