DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Come and join York Cycleworks for their regular Tuesday workout to burn off those weekend calories. The aim of the ride is to introduce people to interval training. The ride is designed to practice interval efforts that will ramp up and down in a pyramid format. We will give clear instructions as the ride progresses with intervals gradually building to a max of 3.0 w/kg, always returning to a recovery level of 2.0w/kg. Please use tag (YCW) if you are joining the ride after your surname so we can clearly identify you. i.e. John Smith (YCW)
This is a friendly group and it’s our job to keep you entertained which we will do as much possible throughout the ride. We may attempt to tweak the ride pace / interval lengths during each event to match the group ability.
Please regroup after any intervals and, if you do find yourselves ahead use it to as an opportunity to slow and recover, the beacon will not chase you down.
We do recommend a brief warm up if you have a chance (15 to 30 mins) so everyone is ready, we don’t want torn muscles. See you down the road.

Tu dois terminer quelques sorties vélo avant de pouvoir participer à ta première compétition avec score de course. Lorsque nous aurons plus de données, nous serons en mesure de te recommander le groupe qui te correspondra le mieux pour te mesurer aux autres.
